Fees and Services 2019

1. Fees are divided equally among the parties, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
2. Room rental rates and any disbursements are charged above these rates.
3. Applicable taxes extra.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings cancelled 30 days in advance are fully-refunded. Bookings cancelled within 29 days of the date are subject to a non-refundable fee:
Half-Day    $825.00        Full-Day    $1,500.00

Payment:
All accounts are due and payable upon receipt. Retainer not required for mediation involving lawyers who undertake to pay on their clients' behalf. Self-represented parties required to pay in full 30 days in advance. Overdue accounts charged interest in accordance with the Ontario Solicitors Act.
